Building Information Modeling is frequently reduced to pretty renderings. In practice, BIM is a coordination discipline — a single source of truth where architecture, structural, MEP, and process teams share one model and one reality.
Our BIM consultants build federated models where every discipline checks in the same federated environment. Clash detection happens in the design phase rather than on the construction floor, where a single collision can cost weeks and thousands of dollars. Level of Development (LOD) is managed explicitly, so the right amount of detail appears at the right phase.
Beyond construction, the model becomes the asset's digital memory: equipment data sheets, maintenance histories, and as-built revisions all live in the model. When the facility is handed over, it carries its own documentation — a living database, not a filing cabinet.
